THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager, to take a leading role in the international expansion of Backstage Academy. You will provide strategic and inspirational leadership for our work in international recruitment and partnership development, as well as develop opportunities for external activities in the UK and overseas. Working closely with the Head of Institution and an enthusiastic supportive Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in helping achieve these ambitions. 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, new staff member with a “can do attitude” to join the exciting and rapidly expanding team at Backstage Academy. Senior management and leadership experience in higher education is essential for this role as well as quality assurance experience. With an understanding of the recruitment market and recruitment strategies/insights you'll have excellent networking skills and an ability to build and nurture external contacts to the benefit of our Academy.
